The Visa Bulletin provides a snapshot of the "wait times" for those aliens (Beneficiaries) with family or business sponsors (Petitioners) who have filed visa applications on their behalf. Please note that wait times may vary depending on the nature of the Petitioner and the country of origin of the Beneficiary. For example, a wait for someone from Argentina who is the daughter of a United States Citizen is much shorter than is the wait for someone who is from the Philippines and is also the daughter of a United States Citizen. Furthermore, the wait can vary depending on the nature of the Petitioner.
