Community Legal Centers is comprised of attorneys and paralegals whom are dedicated strictly to immigration and nationality law. All attorneys affiliated with Community Legal Centers are members of the California Bar and are licensed to appear in Federal Immigration courts. Mr. Lubarsky is an active member of the California Bar and has a law degree as well as a master's degree in law. He has studied law in the US and in Argentina, Russia and Thailand and currently teaches law at San Francisco State University. In addition, he publishes a monthly column on the topic of immigration law and is in the process of authoring a text book for Aspen Law and Business Publishers.
